How much does a garden room cost?
A bespoke garden room can be tailored to fit your budget. As a guide, prices typically range from £1,950 to £2,500 per square metre, depending on the size, design and materials used.
What is included in the price?
The price covers everything from the foundations to the green roof, including construction, finishes and an allowance for electrics. Please note that the electrics will be quoted separately based on your specific requirements.
What materials do you use?
We use high-quality materials that contribute to a healthy living environment, including responsibly sourced timber, natural stone, porcelain, clay brick, silicate render and lime binders/mortar. These materials are carefully selected for their durability, aesthetic qualities and longevity.
How do your materials promote a healthy living environment?
Our materials are low in VOCs, which helps improve indoor air quality. We use high-performance natural fibre insulation and other natural materials that offer low emissions, ensuring a space that’s comfortable, long-lasting and healthier for you to live in.
