Privacy Policy
Giorge Outdoors is a trading name of Outdoors Studio Ltd. This notice explains, in plain English, what we do with the information you give us when you get in touch through this website.
What We Collect
We only collect what you choose to send us. When you use one of our contact forms, or email or call us, this may include:
- your name and email address;
- your phone number, if you give it;
- and the message you write about your project.
Our contact forms don’t store anything on this website: when you press Send, your own email app opens with your message ready to send to us, and you decide whether to send it.
How We Use Your Information
We use your details only to reply to your enquiry and, if you decide to go ahead, to discuss and plan your project with you. We don’t use them for marketing, and we never sell, rent or trade personal data.
Cookies and Website Data
This website doesn’t use tracking, analytics or advertising cookies, and it doesn’t load any third-party tracking scripts. That’s why there’s no cookie banner.
Data Retention
We keep your messages only for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry or project, and then delete them.
Your Rights
You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Just email hello@giorgeoutdoors.com or call 07496 426 086. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, you can also contact the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
